THE BEATLES - 'SHE LOVES YOU'/'I'LL GET YOU'
1963 UK 1st PRESSING *FACTORY SAMPLE/PROMO* 45
No red & white demonstration copies were pressed of this title. Promotional copies came only in the form of 'Factory Sample' discs - often, like this one, housed in EMI's 'Top Pop' promotional sleeves.
This copy is a case in point July 1963 and is on the black & silver Parlophone label: R 5055
The side 1 label carries a genuine red & white 'Factory Sample - Not For Sale' sticker.
Both labels omit the 'Sold in UK..' text but have 'Parlophone Co. Ltd..' rim texts.
The 'KT' purchase tax code is present in the centre of the 'She Loves You' label.
Housed in a special EMI 'Top Pop' blue, red & white promotional cover.
Matrix numbers: 7XCE 17395-1N & 7XCE 17396-1N

Labels: EXCELLENT
A clean & undamaged pair with just a few light surface lines on each side but no wear to either centre hole.
Visual: EXCELLENT
Clean, bright & glossy playing surfaces which are free form any surface marks or scratches strong daylight. Close inspection directly beneath halogen light reveals a small number of insignificant wispy paper-type hairlines but no other signs or wear.
Play: 1. VERY GOOD + 2. EXCELLENT
Huge sound from this incredible 45 which has some slight playwear on 'She Loves You', but no major deterioration to the sound quality overall or indeed any major faults.
Sleeve
EXCELLENT
Slight storagewear but no writing, tears or splits.
