Blue Box Set 1982
Twenty six 45RPM 7" Records with the Love Me Do picture disc and the blue list of singles.
I should have opened the box as soon as I purchased it when it was released in 1982. Otherwise I would have discovered some of the following problems with the set then instead of years later.
Cover grade: Box outside is in great shape with only a small 1 inch scratch on the back. Box inside has some age spotting (see pictures).
The sleeves have only been pulled out of the box a few times to inspect the set so they are in EX+ shape front and back.

23 of the singles have seam splits on one side. Yesterday, Strawberry Fields, and I Feel Fine are OK. Most are on the right side and a few are at the bottom of the sleeves. The box must have been bumped in shipping and the sharp edges cut through the sleeves. Most of the splits are 2 inches or shorter. I tried to show the splits in three scans (see pictures).
Disc grade: All have never been played so they are MINT.
Please Please Me has a terrible factory defect (see picture) and is unplayable. It has some kind of foreign material is embedded in the vinyl.
