This item is a still factory sealed album released in 1971 on Apple Records by The Beatles entitled ‘Something New’. Record label and number is Apple Records ST 2108. Back of the cover has a very small number 12 near the RIAA logo signifying this pressing as being made at the Winchester pressing plant between 1971 - 1976 and released on Apple Records or the later Capitol Records orange label. Number 12 was used on all Beatles records pressed between 1971-1976. I purchased this particular album in 1971 from a record store in Rochester, New York named ‘Midtown Records’ so I would guarantee this record would have the Apple record label. This record store chain had locations in Buffalo, Rochester and Syracuse in the early 1970’s. Shrink wrap is totally intact with two small breathe holes in the shrink on the front of the cover. C price code sticker is still affixed to the shrink wrap on the front of the cover (see photos). This price code sticker were the ones used by Midtown Records at the time to designate price. Record cover is made of cardboard and not posterboard as many later pressings were. See photos for song listings.
