BEATLES STRAWBERRY FIELDS/PENNY LANE UK ISSUE R5570
PLEASE READ ALL INFORFATION CAREFULLY BEFORE BIDDING!
The Sleeve: Is in great condition with no tears to the sleeve at all but it does have a few creases and ringwear immpressions which do not detract from the overall condition. There is no discolouration but there are seam splits to all three sides which are in the centre of each side and two of them are only a few milimeters in width and do not detract from the overall condition of the sleeve but unfortunately the record has worn through a bit. This is the First issue with the wavy top opening and there was only 250,000 pressed and majority of the sleeves are well worn. This sleeve has taken a little bit of wear but is in fantastic condition as most of the sleeves are well worn or stained this is not the case with this copy and is still in great shape.
The Record : The record would be described as near mint and has only been played a few times. There is no scratches or scuffs to either side of the record and it still retains it just pressed look with a lovely shine. Playback is fantastic with clear clarity and treble and bass with no deteriation to the overall sound and is a joy to listen to. Playback is quiet when you first play the record and with only very light crackle.
The Labels: You could not fail to be impressed with the condition and would easily be described as near mint and have retained that just pressed look. There is slight indication of spindle wear which is hardly noticeable and very minor. There is the sold in the uk credit and the 45 prefix, made in great britain credit and the gramaphone co ltd to both sides. The matrix codes are 7XCE18415-1 and GDG and KT stamped to side 1 And for side two is 7XCE18416-2 AT and KT stamped on side 2.
Summary: Overall a fantastic opportunity to bid on a superb record in original picture sleeve which is in great condition considering how flimsy they are. I have been meticulous with the description so that the winning bidder will not be dissapointed! Any questions please ask.
