EP Description:
‘Twist and Shout’ was The Beatles FIRST UK EP, released almost 46 years ago back in 1963.
On the Custom Black and Yellow Parlophone Label, with ‘The Parlophone Co Ltd’ label rim, and ‘Recording First Published 1962’ label text, this ORIGINAL UK Parlophone FIRST ISSUE MONO Vinyl EP is n STUNNING NEAR MINT condition.
Side 1 matrix: 7TCE 762-2N, and side 2: 7TCE 763-1N.
Side 1 stampers: KT/7/GRL and Side 2: KT/4/RGR
The embossed 'KT' tax code is visible around the centre of the side 1 record label.
The Vinyl EP comes in its ORIGINAL First Issue Garrod & Lofthouse Front laminated Picture Sleeve with flip backs to the reverse.
Audio Quality:
Both sides play SUPERBLY through all FOUR tracks – A Very CLEAR Early MONO sound, with NO skips or clicks.
Condition:
Both sides of the record labels are in STUNNING near mint condition, A BRIGHT, UNFADED and UNDAMAGED Set of record labels with no more than couple of barely visible centre spider trails.
Both sides of the Vinyl Disc are in near mint condition, the vinyl surfaces GLEAM like NEW. Very Rare to find this EARLY Beatles EP in such COLLECTIBLE condition .
The Original FIRST ISSUE Garrod & Lofthouse Front Laminated Picture sleeve is FIRM and CLEAN and in STRONG excellent plus condition. There are NO corner bumps. The front panel is ULTRA GLOSSY with only the mildest record impression. The reverse of the sleeve is CLEAN and BRIGHT, with no more than light record impression and a mild age handling. The Rounded corner Flip Backs are UNDAMAGED.
An EXCEPTIONAL all round example of The Beatles DEBUT EP, RARELY seen in this PRESERVED condition!
