Up for auction is a very hard to find Capitol dome label variation of Help/I’m Down Capitol 5476.
As you all know these dome labels were pressed for a very short amount of time before switching to the “C” logo and are becoming permanent fixtures in people’s collections.
Record grades Excellent to Excellent plus overall with beautiful pressing sheen actually it’s a mirror on both sides of the record. A little bit of extremely light needle wear in certain areas of the grooves on both sides keeps this from grading NM. Nothing major just being honest. This is a Scranton pressing as well.
Absolutely beautiful labels. Side two does have a slight blip as seen in the photo. No writing, no stains. You’ll never ever have to upgrade this very rare piece for your collection.
Does come with the correct Capitol sleeve as well.
