Description

Here is your chance to own this unique Canadian LP as it was when it first hit the shelves of record stores at the height of Beatlemania in Canada.

Initial copies of this LP came with a promo glossy Dezo Hoffman photo of the lads, stating that the band were exclusive to Capitol, which they were in Canada.

Matrix numbers on this record are XEX-455 on side 1, and XEX-456 on side 2, indicating a first pressing.

There is NO Parr's logo on the front of the jacket, and the inner seams have the proper rounded indentations. There is also no dash in the catalogue number on the top edge. These are the indicators of an original jacket.

The correct Pathe red and white inner sleeve is also included.

I have been a prominent Canadian Beatles collector for over 30 years and am a collaborator on the excellent capitol6000.com website, so I know Canadian vinyl.

Complete original packages of this LP don't come along often.
