The x2 LP's are VG. They have some hairlines/light marks, and a faintly feelable scratch to side 3, however, it doesn’t cause a skip or jump on playback. Clean labels and spindle holes, but most importantly, all x4 sides have the misprint error and do not state EMI. The vinyls have a decent sheen, and sit flat with no warping.
AUDIO. VG+
Light surface noise/pops on intros to all 4 sides. Intermittent light static, but nothing that overwhelms playback.
SLEEVE.
The outer gatefold cover is excellent, especially considering its age! No rips or tears, with all writing complete and legible. The spine is super strong, with very little ware, and is the all important TOP LOADER and shows a low value number clearly on the front cover.
POSTERS/LYRIC SHEET
The x4 band member posters are all there and in excellent+ condition! The larger poster is again EXCELLENT, showing only tiny pin holes and minimal ware (tiny, maybe 1cm long split to top left of ‘Ob-La-Di’ lyric section, where the poster has been kept correctly folded for so long).
INNERS. G+
The much sought after ‘rough textured inside’ inners, are Good plus. Some rips, tares and creasing evident, but given how difficult they’re now becoming to find, this pair are very acceptable indeed.
OVERALL A SUPERB AND SOUGHT AFTER PIECE TO ADD TO YOUR MUSICAL COLLECTION, AND THOUGH NOT MINT, A BETTER OVERALL COPY WOULD PROBABLY COST WELL OVER £1K.
