Description
This is an Original U.K 1968 double album set on Apple records PMC 7067. The low numbered album cover is 0036773. The Matrix numbers being XEX 709, XEX 710, XEX 711, XEX 712. The early stampers are ~ 5 & 0M, 7 & 0L, 2 & GGM, 7 & GGH.
The album cover is generally in very good condition with a slight 'yellowing' on the front and back cover and a bit of wear on the spine, with the inside of the covers being a lot brighter. There is a very small split of about 50mm on the front opening and a small mark nearby it. Both defects are hardly noticable. There are no pen marks, damage or grafitti anywhere.
The set comes with 2 black inners though one is slighlty different from the other, but overall they are in very good condition. The large poster is in near mint condition, as is the 4 colour photo's.
The record labels are in a crisp and clean condition and all labels omit the wording " An EMI Recording", of which is quite rare. As you can see from the photographs there is minimal spindle wear, if any!.
The records have one or two marks on them along with a few hairlines, though nothing too serious though "back in the ussr" skips a little in the middle and there is a little light clicking on a couple of other songs though nothing to serious as to impair the music. I would rate the album to being in a very good / excellent condition. The album is in glorious Mono.
