Our Return Policy:
We do accept returns. If you change your mind about an item, please contact us before shipping the item back to us. The return process must be started within 14 days of the “delivered” date according to the tracking number. The Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We will process the return within 3 business days of receiving the returned item. The returned item must be in sellable condition. New Items must be returned to us unused, with original packaging and tags intact. Pre-owned items must be received by us in the same condition as pictured in the listing. Refunds will be issued in the same method payment was made. The refund will be equal to the purchase price of the item, minus a 20% restocking fee. The cost of shipping will not be refunded.
