All four records are visually in VG+ or Excellent Minus condition, inspected under strong light there are lots of light surface markings and three or four of skate marks. All four vinyls play through Excellent with background surface noise between tracks and in quieter areas.
The labels have some light spindle marks and are clean with a little spindle wear round the centre hole.
The two records come in the regional Die-cut black inner sleeves which are around Excellent / Excellent- condition with some fraying at the top as pictured and no seam splits.
The original gatefold, flip back top opening sleeve is in Excellent/Excellent- condition with storage wear to corners, some rubbing to top opening and some ring wear as shown. Top right there is evidence of some sticker markings, a small sticker tear mark as pictured and some imprinted pen marking indentation. A few light age dotting and light creasing as pictured.
The sleeve is embossed with ‘THE BEATLES’ and printed bottom left No 0341912 as pictured and a little age lamination lifting around the embossment.
The four gloss photos and spacer are Excellent with a little light age fading to the top right and no creasing which is nice to see, John has a small nick.
The large poster is showing some age fading and rubbing with some light creasing, in Excellent Minus condition with a small tear bottom fold about 1 cm as pictured and a little hole in each of the centre fold areas from age with some marks.
Audio Quality:
Both discs play through well with a strong mono punch, there is no skipping on any of the records just background crackle in areas and on quite bits or between tracks. When the music is playing they sound fabulous and strong.
Side 1: Plays through with no skips or jumps.
Side 2: Plays through with no skips or jumps.
Side 3: Plays through with no skips or jumps. Visually there are a couple of needle marks which don’t seem to effect play, perhaps a light pop over these areas underneath the music and the odd pop here and there.
Side 4: Plays through with no skips or jumps.
