Description
Hello! I’ve been a record collector for about 12 years. Even though they have been well cared for and protected all these years, it is time to part the majority of them to other music lovers’ good homes. Rest assured, it is from a smoke-free and more importantly, super clean home :-)
Also, check out my other items for other outstanding records! I’ll be posting about 60+ titles throughout this week/weekend. I would say about 90% of my records are between Excellent to Near Mint overall.
Beatles White Album Stereo LP Vinyl 1st U.K. Press EX++
*Not only does it come with the giant poster/lyric and the 4 individual Beatles pics in superb condition without any tears, it comes with a small U.K. ad of the White Album release :-)
1st Press Qualifications: the labels read "Sold in U.K. subject....price lists" at the top, it is a top loader for the records to be placed inside the cover sleeves, the serial number is listed on the cover along the with the embossed Beatles, and of course the Matrixes:
- Matrix / Runout (Side 1 variant runout): YEX 709-1 LRG 2
- Matrix / Runout (Side 2 variant runout): YEX 710-1 PR 2
- Matrix / Runout (Side 3 variant runout): YEX 711-1 GDT 5
- Matrix / Runout (Side 4 variant runout): YEX 712-1 A 2
(Grading scale: 1 being the lowest to 10 being the highest)
Cover Grade: 7.5/10 (The spine is folded slightly inward and the white-ness of the cover has lost some of its freshness. Nevertheless, it's a lot better than some of the other covers you see online. Still a rarity and decent-looking one)
Record Visual Grade: 9/10 (Each of the sides still has that gloss and hardly any marks/scratches)
Sound Quality: 9/10 (Still sounds marvelous. Hardly any noise distractions)
All records will be placed inside a MOFI non-scratching Inner Sleeve to further protect your record.
If the record did contain the original inner sleeve, I will of course ship that inside too. Either they have a tiny bit of wear/split or none at all. Believe me I would never give you a totally ripped up original inner sleeve since these were all from my personal collection.
The actual record (that’s already inside the MOFI Inner Sleeve) will be placed outside of its cover sleeve to avoid any cover splits and then sandwiched between cardboards/bubblewrap.
Finally, all of this will be shipped in a very secured, cardboard packaging marked ‘HANDLE WITH CARE’
