The Beatles " White Album"
The original First Press of this Double LP issued in 1968.
In addition here we have the even rarer MONO version.
Even more rare, both LPs are in outstanding condition, graded EX+/NM visually and on play.
These LPs look as if they have not often been played !

* Dark green Apple label
* "An E.M.I. Recording" is on the discs to the left of the spindle hole.
* Label number PMC 7067 and PMC 7068, MONO
* Heavyweight vinyl
* All sides have the -1 matrix number of the first pressing
* Matrix numbers XEX709-1, 710-1, 711-1, 712-1
* Mother/stampers are 1MM, 5MD, 1OO, and 1RA.
* Outstanding visual condition, rated NM to EX+.
* Stunning flaw free sound of all tracks on all sides, rated EX++ to NM.
Outer Sleeve
* Original laminated outer sleeve by Garrod and Lofthouse.
* Heavyweight very early issue sleeve - the very earliest sleeves are instantly identifiable by their heavier weight and strength.
* Top-loading - 1st issue
* Numbered copy, 0100326 stamped on front cover.
* "The Beatles" embossed in the laminate on front cover.
* EX condition
* Completely intact and undamaged, no tears, no writing, all flapbacks perfectly stuck down, the most minor of rubbing at the open entrance at the top, in reflected light can be seen some impressions in the shiny surface, probably from fingernails.
* Laminate on spine is intact and undamaged, all words clearly readable.
* A very white colour with little sign of ageing, has been very carefully stored away from light.

* Made by Garrod and Lofthouse, correctly identified as such on the back/bottom right corner.
* Rated as EX
* Completely intact and undamaged, no markings of any kind, no pinholes, no noticeable wear on the creases.

* No damage, no tears, no writing.
* Not modern copies, the off-white colour of old paper on the back.
Black Inner Sleeves
* The black inner sleeves are in EX+ condition
* Original 1968 matt black paper inner sleeves, (with the hole diecut on just 1 side.)
LP -Visual and Play
All 4 sides of the LPs have been not only visually examined, but also played on a quality deck and carefully listened to all the way through.
The sound quality of all 4 sides was outstanding, no flaws were detectable, not even any noticeable ticks or background noise ! EX+ at least probably NM. Outstanding silence during the run-in grooves.
There were no spindle marks on any of the labels.
95 minutes of wonderful MONO sound, The MONO mix, which was done by the Beatles themsleves, has quite a number of small differences from the stereo mix done by the Apple engineers.
