*Original 1st pressing from 1968
* "Sold in UK subject to..." printed on all LP labels (first press).
* Dark green Apple label
* Label number PMC 7067 and PMC 7068 ie MONO
* Matrix numbers XEX709-2, 710-1, 711-1, 712-2
* Mother/stampers are 1G, 3HP, 4TH and 7AT
* LPs are visually graded Nearmint- to Excellent
* Detailed play notes are at the foot of the page; with my stylus there are no hops, no jumps, no sticks on any of the sides, just an occasional click to be heard in some of the quiet gaps.

Outer Sleeve
* An extremely nice example of a well-preserved original MONO sleeve
*Laminated outer sleeve by Garrod and Lofthouse, still with a nice shine and only slightly yellowing with age around the edges.
* The first original heavyweight  cover, which is much heavier and stronger than was used later.
* Top-loading  - 1st issue
* Numbered copy  0156114 stamped on front cover.
* "The Beatles" embossed in the laminate on front cover.
* MONO cover -No writing of any kind on rear.
* Excellent +  condition
* Completely intact, with no tears and no writing, internal flapbacks intact and well stuck down.  A few creases in the laminate and some light scuffing on the top opening edge.
* Widespine  - the spine is in great condition with all words as readable as when new.  The spine, at about 8mm, is wider than normal.

Poster
* Original lyrics poster.
* Made by Garrod and Lofthouse, correctly identified as such on the back/bottom right corner.
* Rated as EX+
* Completely intact, no tears, no damage, no visible seam wear, no writing

 Black Inner Sleeves
* No tears, no damage, no seamsplit in either black inner sleeve.
* Excellent++ condition.
* Original 1968 matt black paper inner sleeves, (with the hole diecut on just 1 side.)
*  Both sleeves are completely intact with no damage, no tears and no writing.  Both sleeves just have a few light creases in the paper. 
 * No seam splits !!

*Comes complete with 4 photos, one of each Beatle
* No damage, no tears, no writing, no pin-holes.

LP -Visual and Play
All 4 sides of the LPs have been not only visually examined, but also played on a quality deck and carefully listened to all the way through all tracks on all sides. 

Side 1 - Visually graded nearmint-/EX+++  barely a mark to be found on the vinyl, just the faintest of scuffs visible in strong light. On play no ticks or other flaws were detected in VG++ play of any of the tracks. Three quiet clicks in the gap between tracks 2/3 and noise in the gap between tracks 5/6.  Side 2 -Visually graded EX+ a few faint superficial marks in track3.  On play VG+ there were a few quiet clicks in track 3 and a few ticks at the start of the last track Julia.  Side 3 - Visually graded EX-, a short scratch on the run-in groove gives a few crackles, but before the start of the music. On play VG++/EX- just an occasional quiet click, only noticeable in quiet gaps between tracks, noise in quiet gap after Sadie.  Side 4 - visually graded EX, just a few short superficial marks in one track 4?.  Play was graded EX-/VG++ some very faint background noise in track Cry Baby, only really there if you listen hard for it, and a few quiet clicks.

95 minutes of wonderful MONO sound, The MONO mix, which was done by the Beatles themsleves, has quite a number of small differences from the stereo mix done by the Apple engineers.  Details available on request.
