CONDITION
Disc 1
Labels: EXCELLENT
Numerous spindle trails but no marks, writing or missing paper.
Visual: VERY GOOD
Both sides are clean and bright but do bear some light surfaces marks and an occaisional light scratch consistent with normal handling & frequent play. However, there are certainly no deep or 'feelable' marks or scratches anywhere.
Audio: VERY GOOD +
This copy has received a moderate amoutn of careful plays and is without any significant or major audible faults throughout. There is no groovewear distortion and only a touch of light background in some quieter moments, but no heavy clicks, pops, jumps or repeats.
Disc 2
Labels: EXCELLENT +
Less spindle trails than disc 1 and no other wear.
Visual: VERY GOOD +
Both surfaces of this disc retain their 'as new' deep-gloss shines with no groove-whitening or dulling to any surface. Apart from literally one or two light fingernail lines, there are no other significant marks or wear when viewed in strong daylight. Close & careful inspection directly under my halogen desk lamp reveals a few light hairlines but nothing that I would class as a scratch.
Audio: EXCELLENT
As is usual with this set, this disc has received slightly less attention than the first disc and it plays with no significant deterioration to the sound on any track. Even the most delicate & easily damaged tracks such as 'Mother Nature's Son' play without any interference or wear. As with disc 1, there are no clicks, jumps, repeats or any major faults.
Cover
EXCELLENT
This superb example is extremely clean & strong and retains an excellent whiteness with no discolouration to any area. The front panel is bright & glossy with just an inevitable faint disc impression but no major faults. The laminate over the raised wording is totally intact & completely unsplit and the number clean, bold & undamaged. There is a small bump to the lower left corner but no major wear to the other three. All the top-opening edges are straight and undamaged and have no tears or feathering to any. The inside of the gatefold has a few faint foxing/age spots on the right panel but it is otherwise unmarked. All seams are strong, unstressed and unsplit. The spine is clean and straight and unusually for this LP, un-crushed. It retains its full laminate and displays a perfect, undamaged text.
Photos: MINT
Spacer: EXCELLENT
Slightly smaller than usual but genuine nonetheless with just a few light bends.
Poster: EXCELLENT -
Clean & flat and never hung. There is some light handling wear & 1cm tear to one of the folds, but no pin-holes or any other significant faults.
Inner-sleeves: VERY GOOD
Both are clean & flat but have small tears to each centre-holes but no seam splits or missing paper to either.

- I carefully play every record I sell on a $5,000 Rega P9 turntable at volume and list all visual and audible faults.
