Description
You are bidding on an unnumbered 1968 United States pressing of The Beatles (better known as The White Album). SWBO 101.
All four sides of the two LPs themselves are in near-mint condition (shown above)—I'm not sure if the records have ever been played.
The outer jacket shows some scuffing (shown), mostly around the area the record sits, due to 40 years of sitting motionless on a shelf. There's a bit of splitting (shown above) on the left and right sides where you keep the records.
The inner paper sleeves were at some point replaced with acetone-free plastic and are not the original black paper.
The poster/liner notes (shown) is in good condition; a little wrinkly from time, but otherwise crisp and untorn. All four color headshots are included and in very crisp condition.
SPECIAL ATTRIBUTES: The label has one of the infamous misprints—"Rocky Raccoon" is misspelled as "Rocky Racoon." I'm also reasonably sure this is a first US pressing and not a second US pressing, but I'm only going on a few hours of online research, so I can't be 100% sure.
