The Beatles - Yellow Submarine
This exceptional copy of the Beatles' penultimate film soundtrack is a first pressing on the sought-after dark green Apple Records label.
The vinyl is housed within the original first variant front-side laminated flip-back sleeve which has two red lines on the reverse and no manufacturers credit in the bottom right hand corner.
The early mother stampers are evidence that this record is one of the first few thousand pressed and will have been a 'first day of sale' purchase.
The album is complete with the original black die-cut inner sleeve.

The labels are bright, clean and without writing. There is no visible spindle wear or rubbing.
Visual: EXCELLENT
Immaculate 'factory-fresh' deep-gloss playing surfaces which only show light paper scuffs in bright daylight. One small non-feelable pressing blemish can be seen on side 1. Underneath a halogen desk lamp a few barely visible wispy paper hairlines can be seen alongside a sparkling rainbow shine. A great example.
Sound Quality: EXCELLENT
The audio is fantastic. This copy has clearly only been played on good quality equipment. There is no sign of groove or play wear. There are quiet lead-ins to both sides and minimal static in between tracks. There is great channel separation, clear vocals and punchy bass.
Sleeve: EXCELLENT +
This as-new sleeve looks superb! Both front and back retain a glossy finish with bright colours. All four corners are crisp and sharp. The opening and top and bottom edges along with the square spine are all without any wear. You will not need to look for another copy.
Inner Sleeve: EXCELLENT +
The original inner sleeve is in great condition. There is the unavoidable signs of subtle ring wear. The vinyl is housed inside an audiophile quality, anti-static inner sleeve to help protect and preserve the record and inner sleeve.
The record will be sent via an insured courier in a padded vinyl mailer.
