The Beatles "Yesterday And Today" 3rd-state, peeled mono butcher cataloged as Capitol T-2553 from 40-years ago in the summer of 1966. This is a complete collector's package. First, the original peeled mono butcher cover (L.A. #6) came out in fantastic, displayable condition (peeled by Jim at Blue Jay Way Galleries in Los Angeles, CA). The spine seam is split - but you can still read the title print. However, that's about it...the top seam is better than the bottom yet they both have seamsplits, as well. Secondly, I've included a brand-new frame. I've also added another (same exact L.A. pressing) mono copy of the "Yesterday And Today" cover that is NOT a butcher just for comparison (tape on edges but nice photo). Also included is a copy of the Capitol letter of recall from 1966, the original Capitol inner sleeve, and the record itself (VG). This is for the collector who has always wanted a presentable, framable, guaranteed authentic, real butcher. Priced to go with a low reserve.
