1966 UK 1st PRESSING EP
**NEAR MINT**
This NEAR MINT 1966 UK 1st pressing is on the black & yellow Parlophone label: GEP 8948
Both labels carry the 'Sold in UK.. text and upper case 'Gramophone Co. Ltd..' rims.
The 'KT' tax/price code is visible in the centre of the side 1 label.
Housed in its original front laminated, rounded-flipback picture sleeve.
Matrix numbers: 7TCE 894-1 & 7TCE 895-1
Stamper numbers: 1/A & 2/H
Visual: NEAR MINT
Both surfaces appear in MINT condition when viewed in strong daylight.
Close & careful inspection directly beneath a powerful halogen desk lamp reveals just a few barely visible wispy paper hairlines.
There are absolutely no marks or any scratches anywhere on either side of this outstanding copy.
Both sides lie 100% flat on the turntable with no signs of dishing or warping.
Audio: NEAR MINT
Played just TWICE, this is a 100% perfect sounding 'as new' example.
All tracks play perfectly with absolutely no traces of crackle, groovewear or any other audible wear whatsoever.
Both run-ins and all bands play silently without any clicks or other interference.
(N.B: I never grade anything played as 'Mint')

A pristine, 'as new' example with just a faint impression of the ridged label edge but no other wear.
All corners & both opening edges are in perfect condition & the rear panel is bright & white with no discolouration, writing or missing paper.
Both flipbacks are clean & undamaged and both seams are intact & unsplit.
All discs are carefully play graded in their entirety on a Rega P9 deck with an Ortofon Kontrapunkt 'A' cartridge.
