The Album cover is in pretty good condition there is someones name on the back of the cover and on the record The corners of the album cover show some wear. There are a few small scratches on the record but it plays well. (nothing major considering the age)

There is no doubt about it. This is a 2nd state Butcher cover pastover. If you look at the close up pics, Ringo's v-neck shirt is clearly visable. Also at the top, notice the numbers are halfway covered by the pasteover.
