Description
The perfect holiday gift for that Beatles fan in you life... the much coveted Beatles' butcher cover.
This is a nicely peeled 3rd state copy of "Yesterday and Today" (Capitol T-2553, June 20, 1966). In normal record condition ratings, both the cover and disc would be "G+ (good+)," but this isn't a normal record. The cover (as you can see) has relatively few blemishes from the peeling. The side spine and part of the top are split. The back cover is a little dirty, but not bad. The dust sleeve is in fair condition with splits. The disc itself (which is hardly relevant) is a "G+" with a name written on the label (side 2 only). That's the honest "by the book" condition rating of this specimen. Now for the editorial comment: this is a real bargain!!
If you have any further questions about this copy, please ask. When investing in a "butcher" cover, one should certainly know what they're getting. My opinion is that this would make a wonderful addition to any Beatles' collection. Just because I don't want to have an opening bid of $800 just to have it sit for several months doesn't mean it's not worth it. This LP will sell and it will sell this week. Don't be left out! The LP cover and the disc/dust sleeve will be appropriately separated for perfect, professional shipping.
I offer combined shipping on multiple wins/purchases but ONLY if you wait for me to issue an adjusted invoice before you make payment. Payments by PAYPAL. I always list my expensive items to expire first so that you can add lesser-valued filler items to your order at little to no extra shipping. Take this opportunity to fill holes in you Beatles’ collection. I will be listing hundreds of mint and excellent condition Beatles items over the next several months, including many things you almost never see on Ebay. Favorite me as a seller and check back every week for new listings.
Your satisfaction as a buyer means a lot to us and everything we sell is guaranteed, but PLEASE, if you have any questions that could avoid a future misunderstanding, ask it in advance of bidding.
