Beatles bootleg "Live In Vancouver" sealed circa early 1980s

I am selling several Beatles bootleg LPs that I purchased in the early 1980s at Bleecker Bob's in NYC. I am starting with the two I have that are still sealed. This one is from a live concert in Vancouver, unless that is an apocryphal attribution. It states "recorded August 22, 1964" and has the pig logo Trademark of Quality! It looks pristine with a slight record impression in the cover. The song list should be legible from the photos. It says it is a two record set and the first disc includes radio coverage and press conference. Good luck!
