Description
You are bidding on an original 1966 Mono Yesterday and Today “paste over” Butcher cover (Capitol T-2553).
Paste-over refers to the "Trunk Cover" that was pasted over the top of the famous Butcher Block front cover. This was originally done to conceal the controversial butcher photo cover!
You can clearly see some of the original picture thru the small section that is peeled on the bottom left of the cover..
Over all condition of the cover is Fair. The back has some strawberry colored stains.The front cover has one small place where peeling was considered at one time. Both front & back covers show some soiling & some ring wear. Corners and edges are rough condition as shown in the pictures.
The original Inner sleeve is missing.
The record is in Fair condition.
