Description

The time has come for me to part with my 50 year old Beatles collection. This collection consists of LP's, 45's, picture sleeves, EP's, 12" singles, picture discs, sealed LP's, test pressings, acetates, promos, box sets, and CD's from the US and the UK. The collection also includes vinyl and CD's from John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, Ringo Starr, and Apple artists. There are numerous rarities in this collection. The vast majority of the vinyl is in NM- to NM condition; I tried not to acquire anything with a grade below that, or attempted to upgrade, although a few of the extremely hard to find items I was unable to upgrade and they will have a grade below that. The Beatles-"Four By The Beatles" four track EP, Capitol EAP-1-2121, released in 1964. Vinyl, VISUALLY graded by Goldmine standards, is in G+/VG- condition; each side has numerous light, non-feelable marks; both sides still retain gloss. The cardboard sleeve is also in VG- condition with general age wear, some stains, and a 3" top seam split. This was the first of two EP's Capitol released but the format wasn't as popular in this country as they were in the rest of the world, so sales were small. Certainly not a pristine copy, but this has become a very scarce piece of Beatles vinyl in any condition.
