The time has come for me to part with my 50 year old Beatles collection. This collection consists of LP's, 45's, picture sleeves, EP's, 12" singles, picture discs, sealed LP's, test pressings, acetates, promos, box sets, and CD's from the US and the UK. The collection also includes vinyl and CD's from John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, Ringo Starr, and Apple artists. There are numerous rarities in this collection. The vast majority of the vinyl is in NM- to NM condition; I tried not to acquire anything with a grade below that, or attempted to upgrade, although a few of the extremely hard to find items I was unable to upgrade and they will have a grade below that. The Beatles-"Season's Greetings From The Beatles" tri-fold Christmas Flexi-Disc, produced by the Beatles Fan Club, no catalog number, released in 1964. The playing surface, VISUALLY graded by Goldmine standards, appears to be in unplayed, NM condition. The playing surface does have several very tiny white dots. They were there when I got this and I've never played it. I'm not sure where they're from but they don't look like they would interfere with play. However, as a rule, flexi-discs will not play with the fidelity of a normal record. There is still a partial mailing address on the other side, along with a number written in red ink. There are no tears to the folds and the inside looks like new. This is overall in excellent shape, especially considering it's age and format. Very scarce piece of Beatles memorabilia. This is much harder to find than you think.
