Description
The time has come for me to part with my 50 year old Beatles collection. This collection consists of LP's, 45's, picture sleeves, EP's, 12" singles, picture discs, sealed LP's, test pressings, acetates, promos, box sets, and CD's from the US and the UK. The collection also includes vinyl and CD's from John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, Ringo Starr, and Apple artists. There are numerous rarities in this collection. The vast majority of the vinyl is in NM- to NM condition; I tried not to acquire anything with a grade below that, or attempted to upgrade, although a few of the extremely hard to find items I was unable to upgrade and will have a grade below that. If you are a Beatles collector, be sure to bookmark me as the vinyl I'll be listing will surely be of interest. Here we go; a splendid time is guaranteed for all.
The Beatles-"Please Please Me"/"From Me To You" 45, Vee Jay VJ 581, released in 1964. This is a very scarce promo pressing. Vinyl, VISUALLY graded by Goldmine standards, is in G+ condition with each side having numerous marks, but I don't see anything that would interfere with play. Expect some surface noise for sure. This is authentic, with the stamped "Audio Matrix" in the dead wax on both sides. Labels have some ring wear and writing. This comes in a plain white sleeve. Very rare piece of Beatles vinyl; this is hard to find in any condition.
