Stampers: 1-GO (AD crossed out) and 1-GO

Released 5/10/62, this copy is among the very last issued on the red label
Both sides display MPZT in the deadwax but side 2 has an ultra rare MT embossed in the centre
This tax code was introduced 1/1/63 as EMI were also changing to the new black label
As unsold stock, this copy was later returned for sale bearing an updated (1/7/63) KT tax stamp

The Vinyl
Visually: Fabulous surfaces still displaying a good gloss lustre - this copy has been looked after and shows little more than mainly very light, non sounding, handling marks - best I've seen
Audio: Both sides deliver a flawless performance - a little surface static on the run-ins, nothing more - vocals are clear and bright with the prominent rich bass mix, undiminished on this lovely example

Superb pair, no damage or writing - MT tax code embossed - no 'made in Gt. Britain' text - misaligned credits under Love Me Do - missing closing bracket under P.S. I Love You
