Description
Beautiful VG++ Mono copy of Johnny “Hammond” Smith’s excellent All Soul. New Jazz NJLP 8221 original deep purple and silver labels with deep groove and “RVG” stamped in the deadwax.
This LP comes from a great collection of jazz and blues records maintained by a serious record collector and part time DJ, who received preview copies from New Jazz/Prestige and used them on his radio show. See my other items if interested.
Vinyl is in superb VG++ condition, with Van Gelder’s most clear and intimate production preserved in the heavyweight vinyl. There are some small cosmetic marks on side A from the production process that have no effect on sound.
Full glossy sleeve without flaws of any kind. Except for handwritten notes on the back and some very small pieces of tape used to protect corners and edges of sleeves, I would rate sleeve is in EX condition.
LP will arrive in archive quality MOFI inner sleeve; both LP and sleeve will arrive in thick protective plastic cover. Packed carefully and shipped (via USPS) within two days of receipt of purchase by professional shipping company anywhere in the USA.
