Description
Beck Mellow Gold Vinyl LP "The Mother Load" Pressing Mint and Rare. Dispatched with Royal Mail 1st Class.
Has "The Mother Load" etched into the run out groove. I have tried to show this in a picture but my camera struggled to capture it. This is an early pressing with a variant version of Pay No Mind which is unavailable elsewhere. I bought this from new and it has been in my collection ever since. Low number of plays hence fantastic condition. A great opportunity to get a brilliant copy of this rare album.
Bong Load BL12.
Vinyl - Near Mint. Side one is Mint, side two has very light surface noise occasionally audible between tracks. No clicks, pops or jumps. No visible marks to playing surface.
Sleeve - Mint. Still in original shrink wrap. The sticker you can see is on the wrapper not the cover itself. Mint condition, no issues.
I am having a clear out of vinyl to fund hifi upgrades, please check my other listings if this kind of thing interests you.
I ship all records with the inner sleeves removed from the outers to reduce wear and tear in transit.
I am happy to discount shipping for multiple purchases. Get in touch after the auction and we can discuss options. Also happy to ship abroad but please contact me before bidding so I can check prices to your country.
I grade vinyl as follows.
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.
POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
BAD: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.
