Description

Considered one of the twentieth century's greatest conductors, George Szell conducts the Cleveland Orchestra in this 7 LP set featuring nine Beethoven symphonies. The records are in their original sleeves and I believe only one has ever been played. They appear to be pristine. There is some yellowing of the inner sleeves but they are intact. The original inserts are also included. The speed of the records is 33 RPM, and the duration of each LP is approximately 22 minutes. The outer case is pristine.


The release of this was in 1974 produced by Columbia in memoriam, after Szell's death. The records are in a 12" format and are classified under the genres of classical music. This set is a must-have for any Beethoven fan or collector of classical music records.
