Sam Lanin & His Orchestra, playing as the Bell Syncopators do "Louisville Lou" on Bell P-241. Some really nice trumpet work (I am guessing that it is Phil Napoleon). This was recorded in New York on May 10, 1923.
On the reverse side, also using the pseudonym the Bell Syncopators, Joseph Samuels & His Orchestra plays a Jazzy one called "Somebody's Wrong." There is good reason to believe that Napoleon is on trumpet on this side also. Charlie Panelli is likely the trombonist.
The record is in excellent (E) condition, and is in the original Bell sleeve.
