This is an original, mint, sealed PERFECT copy of Benny Rose's seldom seen 12" "It's Only You" b/w "You Know You Want To Be Loved" from 1984 on the private Willow Glen Music. Produced by the great Larry Harlow. Crazy rare, and crazier to still be sealed!

All my records are packed tight and securely in custom LP mailers between two 12" cardboard pieces with the vinyl removed from the covers to preserve their condition during shipping.
