We ship within the United States and to all international destinations. We usually ship 1-2 business days after payment is received.  For international shipments, payment will be check prior shipping item. We do not ship to PO Box address. We do not ship to unverified address.
Tracking number will be emailed to you once the item has been processed and shipped. Please contact us if you have not received your tracking number or confirmation of delivery after 3 business days.
For international shipments, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the delivery time as each country has its own custom clearance requirements. Please contact your local custom broker for additional information/requirements. Customer is responsible for additional custom fees, brokerage fees, duties and/or taxes. These fees are not included and may be collected at the time of delivery. These fees are non-refundable.

Return Policy :
Defective items will be exchanged 30 days after receiving the item. The item MUST be in the manufacturer's original packaging, in brand new condition, and include all packaging material. Defective merchandise can be returned within 14 days upon purchase date. All returns require an RMA number. Please include a detailed description of the defect and how you would want us to handle this. Once item is received, this will be tested by a factory-trained technician together with the detailed description you provided to confirm this is defective. Replacement will be sent or refund issued according to your request.
