Big Bill Broonzy & Washboard Sam 

This is an original US vinyl pressing on Chess LP-1468 from 1962.     This was only released in Mono.  This is classic electric blues.     Big Bill Broonzy sings vocals on side one and Washboard Sam sings vocals on side two.      It's an original on the black label with silver print.   "High Fidelity" and "Chess" on the right side and "Long Playing 33 1/3 RPM, Chess Recording Corp,. Chicago Unbreakaable" at bottom of the label.       This is very hard to find in this great condition.

Overall Condition is : Cover is M- /  Record is M-

The cover is Mint minus with no ring wear, no writing , and no seam splits.   There is a hint of overall wear that can only be noticed from an angle.      On the back cover at top right is the original price sticker : 3.98.        The vinyl looks near mint and it plays near mint.    The labels are clean with one tiny spindle mark on side one.  The record comes in a plain white plastic lined inner sleeve. 

The songs are : Little City Woman, Lonesome, Jacqueline, Romance Without Finance, By Myself, Shirt Tail, Diggin' My Potatoes, Bright Eyes, Minding My Own Business, Never Never, Horseshoe Over My Door, and I'm A Lonely Man.

I have been buying and selling records for more than 25 years.  I sell records at all Northwest record conventions and at Crossroads Music in Portland, Oregon.

I will package this record between two pieces of hand cut cardboard.    One sheet is 3/4 inch thick triple strength industrial cardboard.   The other sheet is 1/4 inch double strength cardboard.   Together they are very strong and unbendable.   ( Even the postmen comment on how strong this cardboard is ! )  It will weigh 21 ounces ( 1 pound, 5 ounces ) when ready to ship.   US bidders can figure out your own postage costs for US priority or Media Mail.    All US winners will get shipping through Paypal with a tracking number.      Overseas buyers must use First Class Mail International.   I will let you know the date I mailed your record and the US customs number.   ( Buyers from Italy must assume all risks for shipping to their country. )     I will remove the record from the cover and place them in a plastic bag.   I will send it as soon as you pay ( same day if before 2 PM and next day if after 2 PM.)   I will combine shipping if you win more than one record.   There are no handling charges.    This record is from a no smoking and no pets home.
