Description

Up for sale is an extraordinary first pressing of Big Star’s legendary 1978 album 3rd (PVC 7903), widely regarded as one of the most influential and enigmatic records of all time. Known for its haunting beauty, avant-garde production, and emotional depth, 3rd has become a cornerstone of alternative and indie rock history.


Condition:

Vinyl: Graded NM-. The record is in stunning condition with no visible flaws beyond the faintest signs of careful handling. Plays beautifully, with exceptional clarity and dynamic range.


Cover: The jacket is in VG+ condition with a small front crease and light wear consistent with age.


Inner Sleeve: Includes the original JFK Knifebender inner sleeve with 1978 liner notes by Pete Tomlinson.
