Bill Evans's "New Jazz Conceptions" on Riverside 12-223.
Pressing:
Early pressing with white labels.  Second cover version

Condition:

Vinyl near mint--flawless copy.  Cover has slight rubbing on edges, very small price tag removal damage upper right corner.  Name stamp on back cover.  No seam splits--very nice cover.

Shipping:

Buyer pays shipping. $8.50 east of the Mississippi; $7.00 west of Mississippi (priority/first class) or $5.50 media mail anywhere US; $18 Europe (except Italy) and $20 Asia (air).  Shipment to Italy requires tracking, add $6.00.  The Default shipping stated in eBay's settings do not apply.  Discount for multiple purchases. I ship in sturdy record mailing boxes,with record outside cover, sandwiched in cardboard.
