The record grading is Excellent (EX) - the vinyl is extremely clean. It plays well with no skips nor pops. The following is on the runout groove:

-
Side B): (etched) V6-8613 65VGS-515 S-2 (stamped) 213 VAN GELDER (MGM Bloomfield Stamp)
The outer case is Very Good Plus (VG+) - the covers are smooth and vibrant, close to EX. The front cover has a minor ding at the bottom left-hand side. The inner gatefold has minor age wear. The spine and seams have a few minor dings & wear with no splits. Overall, the cover is very sturdy. The original inner sleeve is included. (all reflected in the photos) All sales final.
