Description

Bill Evans on Riverside 12-315

This is a second pressing (no d.g.) of Bill Evans “Portrait in Jazz” on the 4” blue and silver reel-logo labels of Riverside RM 12-315.  The playing surface is in near-new condition, with a high luster; perhaps played once or twice.  The (RLP 12-315) cover shows slight rubbing at the top and bottom of the front and along the bottom seam; the spine shows ½” wear at the top, 1.4” at the bottom, and minor rubbing; light age toning on the left edge of the back slick.

Personnel include Scott LaFaro and Paul Motian.
