Description
This is the original deep groove stereo pressing of Bill Evans “Waltz for Debby” on the black and silver reel-logo labels of Riverside RS 9399. The playing surface appears to be in near-new condition, with a beautiful luster; however, there are just a few very light tics for 30 seconds at the beginning of Sides 1 and 2. The coated reverse-frame cover is clean and bright throughout; the top seam has ¾” wear at the center and ¼” wear/split at the opening; the spine has several superficial chips and ½” wear at the bottom; the bottom seam has 1 ½” wear at the spine and ¾” wear/split at the opening. Personnel include Scott LaFaro and Paul Motian. $200.00.
