Bill Nelson, Be-Bop Deluxe US interview. Extremely rare vinyl.

This is very rare vinyl pressing of an interview done for the USA. There is very little information I can find about it. The vinyl has the following inscribed on the run out:

#1A CO9601A Stereo #1B CO9601B Stereo 
The record plays really well with only very few pops etc, which are probably caused by dust. Side B has a very light mark across part of the playing surface but this does not affect the playing. 

The disk contains tracks from Be Bop interspersed with the interviewing of Mr Nelson by a gent with a US accent.

I have never seen any other examples of this anywhere before.
