Description

Billie Holiday 78 RPM Booklet on Commodore Records (1939)
Up for auction is this collection of 4 78 RPM's of Ms.Holiday's recorded for Commodore and released by Decca Records in 1939.  I grade pretty conservatively and will state that each record and the inner and outer sleeves are in pretty great shape.  I chose to grade at VG considering I rarely sell 78s.  Everything is visually graded,although it appears that each record in the collection will play wonderfully.  Titles on each disc are as follows:

  • I Gotta Right To Sing The Blues (527A)/Yesterdays (527B)
  • I'll Be Seeing You (C553A)/I'll Get By (C553B)
  • I Cover The Waterfront (559A)/Lover Come Back To Me (559B)
  • She's Funny That Way (569A)/How Am I To Know (569B)
