Cover Condition: none

Record Condition: Visually about a VG maybe a little better.  Does have several sleeve scuffs but plays VG+ with only the slightest very occasional crackle.  A very enjoyable 45.  This is great soul.  Please ask me for audio samples if you want to hear this 45.
