Description

This is the Japanese 1977 release of  Billy Joel's LP 'The Stranger'. I have graded the overall LP and Sleeve as being in VG+ condition. The LP sleeve is in excellent condition although doesn't have the original Obi strip. The Sleeve has little or no real wear (please see photos) save for some very light surface marking on front and rear ...all corner , seams and edges are intact. The audio on both sides of LP I would grade as just below VG+ nice bright dynamic sound ....there is a little bit of audible static noise here and there and the odd click also heard through play through here and there . Both sides of the vinyl are clean and the vinyl has a nice bright lustre (sheen). Both side have some light hairline surface marking when vinyl observed under strong light...side B has a light stylus mark across 1 - 2 tracks again when observed under strong light...no discernible change to sound quality when playing through this surface mark. The Inner booklet is in excellent condition...see photos.
