This item Is a factory sealed promotional only half speed mastered album released in 1981 on Capitol Records by Billy Squier entitled ‘Don’t Say No’. Record label and number is Capitol Records ST 12146. This half speed mastered album was made exclusively for promotional purposes. Shrink wrap is totally intact with no rips or tears. Half speed mastered sticker is underneath the shrink wrap. Shrink wrap has a breathe hole in the shrink on the front of the cover. Cover has two creases at the area of the spine of the cover (see photos). See photos for song listings. A hard album to find still sealed let alone a promotional half speed mastered copy.
