Billy Thorpe & The Aztecs Live At Melbourne Town Hall 1971 Australian LP. Fantastic example of rare early 70's Australian heavy progressive rock. On Sunday June 13 1971, the Aztecs, Chain, Daddy Cool, Wild Cherries, La De Da's, Healing Force and Lotus were the line-up for a concert at the Melbourne Town Hall. Taking advantage of such a big occasion, the Aztecs decided to record their set for a live LP and TV. The resultant LP Aztecs Live (also know as Live At Melbourne Town Hall) captures the band on the brink of becoming the biggest band in Australia, and a rare document of the Thorpe, Matthews, Morgan and Wheeler line-up. This was an Australian release although the vinyl was pressed in New Zealand (as were all Havoc releases) due to the reduced costs.

Lable:Havoc Cat# HST-4001. Record is visually VG+ with only a couple of light marks. Cover is VG. There is light general ,edge and corner wear.  There is a just the hint of ring wear showing. There is a small (approx 2cm) split in the middle of the spine. There is a sticker residue mark and a small tear on the front top RH cnr. The front bottom LH cnr has a very minor crease and a tiny tear.  The inner gatefold has just minor general wear and a name written in pen on the left panel. (see scans)
