Okay so here's the thing. This is technically a still sealed record from all the way back in the 70's. However there has been some water damage at some point. So the condition is not mint by any means.

(It's sealed but because of the water damage the cover as gone quite wavy. Bottom right corner ding. Some discoloration. Original Eaton's department store price sticker on front which for fun I'm starting the bidding at.)
Vinyl: ?
(It's still sealed but because of the water damage I can't fully say what condition it's in. There's a chance it's a little warped. But I don't think it would affect the play.)
