Birmingham Sunday - A Message From LP
One of the less than 12 known original copies of this extremely rare psych LP. I found this record recently and would rather this LP go to a collector who has been searching for an original copy. This is probably a once in a lifetime find and sale.
According to freakemporium.com, this LP is
"One of the rarest albums in the world (under a dozen have ever been found) this is a fine late sixties US West Coast effort, with male and female vocals and some excellent sunshine psych material swathed in mellotron and Jefferson Airplane like arrangements. Produced by the Strawberry Alarm Clock mentor Bill Holmer."
This is an original record, not the Akarma reissue. This wear you see in the picture is on the original shrinkwrap. There is only very slight edgewear on the cover.
Vinyl Grading:
Visual: VG-, marks and scuffs but plays extremely well, with one skip in the middle of side 1, track 3. Absolutely no warps or other problems.
Sound: Very strong EX with slight noise. Audio of both sides available upon request.
Cover Grading:
VG+, original shrinkwrap intact. Wear shown is on shrinkwrap, not on the cover. Slight edgewear on the cover, but no splits.

All records are shipped in sturdy, protected cardboard mailers with extra padding to prevent damage to the record and sleeve.

On Jul-04-05 at 09:18:09 PDT, seller added the following information: Click below for a mp3 Sample of both sides of the entire record. These mp3s are unedited to show the sound quality except for the skip on Side 1, Track 3, which was manually fixed by gently lifting and replacing the stylus. The resulting gap in the music was cut out when these sound files were made. Each file is approximately 10 megabytes in size.
