Description
Great copy of this rare UK pressing of Birtha’s self-titled 1972 album. Most copies available seem to be on the US Dunhill label. Difficult to classify but the album is almost punk/garage in places and reminds me of later girl groups such as The Runaways. A great listen from start to finish. Matrices are A-2G/B-1G, an early if not first pressing.
Sleeve Ex In very presentable condition, light rubbing and scuffing only. Old label mark on the front cover. Some fading along the spine.
Labels Ex Very clean. Some age mottling. Light spindle traces.
Inner VG Polylined bag, possibly the original.
Record Ex Nice shine to the vinyl. One or two very faint hairlines seen in normal light. Plays Ex, great sound throughout with minimal crackle.
