with A Japanese Linernotes/English Lyrics Sheet (It Has Small Light Brown Dots Spots).

This Is A Promo Label Copy, Japanese Words "Sample" are Printed on Both Labels, A Small Oval Sample Sticker Is on Back Sleeve.

Disc is EX, Sleeve is VG Plus (Having Small Brown Dot Spots Like The Photo # 5).
