Description

Dirty, sludgy, druggy psychedelic garage rock that embodies the very essence of the murky Texas air on a muggy July night, the Black Angels' "Passover" has been long out of print on vinyl, with only 1000 copies pressed (and reportedly, no plans to re-press).  If this weren't my second copy (initially purchased for a friend who already owned it), I would be sad to get rid of it. 

From the red sticker on the shrinkwrap: "The Black Angels premiere long-player has arrived following critical raves for their 2005 debut EP.  Created in the mescaline-infused outskirts of Austin, Texas, Passover deals with real-life horrors, death, and destruction with doses of love, sex, and healing.  This is Native American 'N' Roll."
